Careers information library
Our main centre on the Strand campus provides extensive reference resources for you to research careers, find out about further study, read journals, look for vacancies, prepare for interviews, etc. – there are also supplies of take away leaflets.

Availability
The careers information library is normally open Monday to Thursday between 09.30 and 17.00 or 12 noon to 17:00 on Friday. Any temporary changes to this will be publicised on the "This week in Careers" page - please check before travelling.
The service is for King's students and staff and King's GradClub members: please bring your valid College ID card or GradClub card with you to prove your eligibility.
On days when the College's careers facilities are closed, King's current students are also entitled to use the information rooms at C2 The Careers Group, University of London free of charge provided they take ID with them.

General careers resources
- A large collection of reference books on career choice, work and study. You can view an online catlogue of our books.
- Books and DVDs giving advice on applications, interviews and selection tests, etc. - including recordings of sample real interviews.
- Information on equality of opportunity.
- Computer aided careers guidance packages.
Employment resources
- Employer directories.
- Posters, notices, some take away leaflets or flyers promoting employers and events.
- Information on working overseas.
- Reference files on a comprehensive range of types of work (occupations).
- Take away copies of our Find out about... series of leaflets on occupations.

Newspapers and Journals
We receive the following publications on subscription. Some have job adveritsements and all can be used for research into types of work/business sectors as part of your career choice or preparation for applications and interviews.
