Audio visual equipment rates
All prices are based on a one-day hire. Weekly rates are three times the daily rate, and the monthly rate is eight times the daily rate.
The charge for an audiovisual technician on duty is £25-00 per hour standard rate. Evenings (after 17:00) and Saturday are charged at time and a half and Sunday double time.
VAT is levied on all hire charges for external clients, King's Healthcare Trust staff and Guy's and St. Thomas' Trust staff.
Projection equipment
Projectors are supplied as a kit with all necessary accessories: i.e. stand, rolls, magazines. All rooms have fitted projection screens, whiteboards/blackboards etc.

Audio equipment
Most lecture theatres with excess of 100 seats have fixed public address systems. There is a setup charge for the use of these including one microphone of £15-00. Additional microphones are charged as below. Most of these also have radio microphones systems installed and are charged as below. Our tiered theatres come supplied with a PA system and lectern microphone.
