King’s is keen to promote healthy lifestyles for all its staff and students. Welcome to these pages dedicated to all topics concerning mental and physical health and both participation and excellence in sport whether you are interested in swimming, cycling, working out, team sports or any other type of sporting activity. And do not forget that exercise does not have to mean sport, working in the garden, painting and decorating, playing with the kids or just going for a walk, will all help to keep you healthy.Facilities
The College operates three outdoor sports facilities for student and staff use. Student teams use these grounds to represent the College at rugby, football, netball, lacrosse, hockey and cricket. They are also used for training for many different sports and for inter-departmental or inter-residences sport.
