King's Healthy Living Week

A week in which to think of your health.

For Healthy Living Week 2011 we encouraged King's staff to try something different with their health in mind. Just going for a stroll, or being a little more ambitious and walking part/all of the way to work, or being really ambitous and going for a run. For people who wanted to play cricket or golf or fancied trying out karate, we pointed out there are staff clubs for these things.
 There were also healthy options available for lunch for those based at The Strand.
We are considering a Healthy Living Week for 2012 and would welcome comments to fitness@kcl.ac.uk
