Equality and Diversity Training
The Equalities Unit delivers a range of courses and training opportunities across the College, some of which are provided in collaboration with Organisational and Staff Development.
These aim to:

promote good equalities practice;

ensure staff are aware of relevant legislation - including the 9 protected characteristics;

ensure staff are aware of their rights and responsibilities; and

promote good relations and understanding between staff and students of different identities and backgrounds.
