The Estates and Facilities Directorate has a broad portfolio of responsibilities which range from daily cleaning and mail services to delivering major building projects and creating and sustaining a safe and healthy working environment for our staff and students.
Various Campus based teams maintain and service the College estate, operate a selection of cafes and restaurants and organise conferences, functions and events for both internal and external clients.

Campus Operations
Ensuring that all Campus buildings and services meet the needs of staff, students and visitors.
Environment & Sustainability
Managing the College assets, estates infrastructure and use of resources to minimise the effect on the environment.
Projects
Delivering new build and refurbishment projects across the College Estates.
Space Management
Managing use of space and leases and developing space strategies for the future.
Catering
Providing retail and hospitality services.
Conference and Summer lettings
Managing internal and commercial events held in College space and summer residential lettings.
