A gash in the darknessPoetry Reading

Chris Southgate will be reading from his new collection of poems, A Gash in the Darkness, and reflect upon the development of his work.

Special Guest: Martin Wroe

Refreshments will be served in the interval and there will be opportunity for discussion.

Chris Southgate is based on the edge of Dartmoor, Devon, England.  He works at the University of Exeter as a Research Fellow in Theology and he is also Acting Principal and Dean of Studies of the South-West Ministry Training Course. 

Martin Wroe is Associate Vicar of St Luke’s, West Holloway and a full-time freelance writer.

Silent Retreat

8-10 March, Hilfield Friary

We will be having a silent retreat at Hilfield Friary in March.  The cost is £60 for the weekend, but bursaries are available.  Places are limited so please book early with Dan.
