A major international study co-authored by Professor Richard Sullivan from the King's Health Partners Integrated Cancer Centre summarises the main challenges facing Latin America and the Caribbean as standards of living increase, and the disease burden shifts away from infectious diseases to non-communicable diseases such as cancer and heart disease.
