Studying in the Brazil Institute

The Brazil Institute will launch its first degree programmes in September 2011: the MA Brazil in Global Perspective and the PhD Brazilian Studies Research.

The Institute is one of a number of ‘Arts & Sciences Cross-School Initiatives’ at King’s, i.e. initiatives which span the multiple disciplines offered by the Schools of Arts & Humanities, Social Science & Public Policy, Natural & Mathematical Sciences, and Law. Programmes offered under the Cross-School Initiatives benefit from teaching from a number of Schools, creating positive synergies across all disciplines.

The Institute also works closely with departments offering Portuguese language tuition and encourages all its students to acquire and develop Portuguese language skills.

Students from Brazil can find further general information about studying at King's on the International web pages.
