Leading projects arising out for the agendas and initiatives of the College and School’s Education Committees

Preparing for and taking forward actions from internal and external audits and national student feedback surveys (NSS, PTES & PRES)

Leading on all aspects of enhancement of the student experience

Managing the School-based administration of its Graduate programmes, overseeing graduate training and regulatory issues as they affect the School

Managing the School’s quality assurance agenda

Project managing the selection processes for funding competitions (e.g. AHRC, ESRC and internal School studentships)

Education and professional background
Kate graduated with a BA in Archaeology from the University of Nottingham in June 2000. She worked at the University of Bedfordshire as Field Administrator for the Department of Media Arts, and at Cranfield University as Project Manager for Academic Matters. She took up her current role in October 2011. She is a member of the Association of University Administrators and a qualified PRINCE2™ Practitioner.
