Classics ranked 3rd in the country in the REF

The Department of Classics is pleased announce its strong performance in the Research Excellence Framework (REF), where it ranked 3rd in the country according to the 'power' metric, which takes into account both the quality and quantity of research activity. The Department also received an outstanding score for the impact of its research.
