Responsibilities

Planning the move of relevant Arts & Humanities staff into the Virginia Woolf Building

Managing the logistical planning for consequential moves on Strand Riverside

Project management and change management to further develop the School of Arts & Humanities as a world-leading and prestigious faculty

Maintain risk registers and issues and lessons learned logs for all projects and to provide strategies to mitigate against those risks
Education and Professional Background
Tanja Manners graduated from Brown University with a degree in Applied Mathematics in 2002. After working for a few years with risk management software in The City, she escaped to the world of academic administration, working at the Institute of Education, University of London. During her three years there, she also studied part time acquiring an MA in Comparative Education in 2008. She took a break from London to do volunteer work in Micronesia teaching English and mathematics at a local high school for a year and then spent a year teaching math at an international boarding school in the Austrian Alps. She returned to London and joined King’s as Programme Administrator in February 2011.
