The first step will be looking at regional or national scholarships (based upon your nationality); look at grants directories e.g. http://www.kcl.ac.uk/study/pg/funding/sources/other/other.aspx
Competition is severe, and there are a limited number of scholarships offered by any one funding agency. Many students do fund their MA via loans from banks or families.
