How to be Creative and Make a Living!

Two days of special workshops to be held on 28th and 29th June in the Old Anatomy Museum, King’s College London.

Do you want a job in the creative industries which allows you to apply the skills you have acquired during your degree?

This two day event aims to provide an opportunity to get closer to exactly this position.  arts@work is for 30 second and third year BA students from both the English and Film departments.  It will focus on ways in which your degree can be applied to future careers in the creative industries and will provide the students selected with an innovative short course that brings out the strong link between degree courses and future careers.  The two days will include talks and workshops from professionals in the creative industries, providing both practical advice and excellent opportunities for networking.  There will be a mixture of practical workshops, instruction, small group work and discussion.

Taking part will be an excellent step towards preparing for life after your degree, and may help with job applications and interviews.
