Educational and professional background
Dr Raya Kardasheva obtained her PhD in European Studies from the London School of Economics. She also completed an MSc in European Politics and Governance at the London School of Economics and a BA (Hons) in International Relations and Politics at Richmond. Raya taught European Union Policy-Making at University College London and Quantitative Methods at the LSE. She was also a research fellow in EU Lobbying at the Institute for European Public Policy in Brussels. Dr Kardasheva joined King’s College London as a Lecturer in European & International Studies in October 2010.
