BA History
I am originally from Salisbury and took a gap year before taking my place at King’s. The choice of King’s was easy when I looked at the league tables, and it was the only London college I even applied to. I don’t much like Monday mornings on the tube, but I am really glad I decided to study at King’s.
I am an avid reader and the course format allows plenty of time for, and actively encourages independent studying – this means that I can divide my week into studying and socialising with very few restrictions. Of the subjects I have studied so far I have most enjoyed Medieval History, a subject which was completely new to me, and the history of the British Commonwealth.
Whilst at King’s I have joined the Netball club and love Sportsnight in the campus bar every Wednesday evening.
