Vivienne Franks
The wine educator, Vivienne Franks, has travelled widely throughout the world’s wine regions, and she particularly enjoys sharing her fascination with the lesser-known European wines from Switzerland, Austria and Hungary. Other favourite wine countries include France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Her recent visits to South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina and California have enabled her to keep on top of new and emerging wine trends in the New World.
Vivienne regularly judges for The International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) and The International Wine Challenge (IWC). In addition she is a panel taster for the Decanter Wine Magazine. She also teaches for the WSET® School and for Leiths School of Food and Wine, and is an Approved Programme Provider for the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
