The Modern Language Centre employs over 100 academic and professional services staff from a wide range of linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
All teaching staff are native speakers of the language they teach, and have in-depth knowledge of language teaching methodology. Many have expertise in other areas such as journalism, politics, business, international affairs and the health sector.
The Centre runs an extensive staff development programme which includes regular workshops illustrating examples of good practice and latest developments in the field.
