In Memoriam: Bridget Barlow

Posted on 05/04/2012

The Department was saddened this week to learn of the death of Bridget Barlow.

Bridget was our administrator from 2002 to 2007. But as many of us will know she was much more than an administrator: she was the heart and soul of the department for these 5 years. She truly cared for students and offered support and help where needed. Many of us experienced her generosity and were deeply touched by it.

After leaving King's, Bridget devoted time to her great passion: music and singing. She was a very accomplished singer and enjoyed performing immensely.

She fought cancer for the last years of her life. We are very sad that she lost this fight last Thursday 29 March.
