Module description
This module tackles three main areas: World Art History, Latin American Culture and Visual Analysis. It is organized as a survey of diverse visual art forms, styles and tendencies from the end of the 18th Century to the last decades of the 20th-century Latin America. The module will also examine popular art, and the works of key artists, taking into account historical contexts and critical texts: its methodology includes not only the study of printed and electronic images, but also gallery visits.
