BA programmes
The Department offers three highly distinctive programmes:
All programmes require the completion of 360 credits, 120 for each year of full-time study, in a mixture of both year long modules (30 credits) and single term modules (15 credits).
Degree structure
Each programme has a distinctive core, defined through a unique pattern of modules. Some are compulsory - mostly those in the first year - because they are introductory. The scope for choice increases substantially in the second and third years in order to suit developing individual interests and strengths. Module options may change from year to year; we strive constantly to enhance the variety of modules on offer.
