Fees, Regulations and Forms

The fees quoted for the King's residences are the standard rates per person or where applicable, per couple, in accordance with existing 40 week standard agreements.

2014-15 documents

The Residence fees for 2014-15 are now available and can be found here.

2013-14 documents

The Fee Schedule for 2013-14 (pdf, 374Kb) is now available. You should read the cover notes and fees for your allocated residence and room type carefully.

Before accepting your place in a King's residence, read the Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of Residence (pdf, 213Kb) carefully.

The 'My Residence Information Handbook' (pdf, 2.27Mb) contains a lot of useful information about residence life.  It is important that you read and understand the Handbook, in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions of your Residence Agreement, before accepting an offer of accommodation. When you accept a place in a residence you agree to be bound by the Agreement and the Terms & Conditions of Residence.

My Accommodation brochure: 2013 Entry

The 'My Accommodation' brochure (pdf, 1.81Mb) is the Accommodation Services guide to King's and Intercollegiate residences. There is also information on private rented sector accommodation.

It is a comprehensive guide that students should find useful when considering their accommodation options for the 2013-14 academic year. It includes information on:

  • The types of accommodation available
  • When and how to apply for accommodation
  • Residence facilities and costs
  • The allocation policy and procedures (pages 21-30)

2014-15 documents

Read the My Accommodation brochure (pdf, 1.79Mb) for information on all the King's residences and the application procedure/allocation criteria.

Information on residence fees and 'terms and conditions' for the 2014-15 academic session will be published here in Summer 2014.
