University of London Intercollegiate Halls
Residence Agreements are usually offered for 38 weeks according to College session. It may be possible to apply for an extended contract at some halls. This would need to be arranged directly with the Hall Bursar, King's Accommodation Services can not offer extended contracts for Intercollegiate Halls.
Catered Halls
The majority of Intercollegiate accommodation is catered, with the cost of meals included in the hall fees. You will find details about meal times and meals provided on the Intercollegiate Halls website as these may vary.
Fees for single and shared rooms are based on a 38 week contract. The majority of rooms are not ensuite and the prices given below (2012-13) are for standard single rooms with shared bathroom facilities:

Self-Catering Accommodation
There is limited self-catering accommodation (light cooking facilities only) at Lillian Penson Hall and International Hall. Please note, the self catered accommodation is available for Postgraduate students only.
International Hall also has flats for couples with or without children. Please contact the Intercollegiate Halls Accommodation Bureau for further information about accommodation for families.
Prices for postgraduate studios for 2012-13 are as follows:
International Hall Single studio - £10937.50 (50 weeks)
International Hall Double studio - £13300.00 (50 weeks)
Lillian Penson Hall Single Studio - £9450.00 - £10675.00 (50 weeks)
Lillian Penson Hall Double ensuite room - £11480.00 - £14000.00 (50 weeks)
