The Residence is currently under development due for completion Summer 2012. 

 

There are 147 single studios and 527 single en-suite rooms arranged in cluster flats for four to eleven students, sharing a kitchen/diner. The Residence is located in travel zone one close to shops and local amenities and within easy travel distance of the College’s main teaching campuses.

Important information

  • Rooms will be let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST) and your agreement will be with UNITE and not with the College.
  • The Tenancy Agreement will be for a fixed term of 40 weeks.

  • A deposit of £500 is payable upon allocation and must be paid in advance of arrival.

  • Under the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement you will pay your rent to UNITE and you may be liable to suspension from the College in the event that you do not settle the rent or any other charges within the prescribed dates. The Shelter website explains what an Assured Shorthold Tenancy is. We recommend that you understand what an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement is before you sign up.
