King's Games Makers

Dennis Dantic

Dennis Dantic, a Postgraduate Diploma student in the Florence Nightingale School of Nursing & Midwifery, has been selected to be part of the Olympic transport team. He commented: I am really excited about being part of the Olympics and it is a great privilege and honour to be selected as one of the many Games Makers. It’s great that the Olympics is coming to one of the greatest cities in the world and being part of it is so exhilarating.'

Dennis explained why volunteers at the Olympics are so important: ‘It brings motivated people with the same goal and passion together – creating a sense of community spirit; and second it saves resources (financially) that can be used for something else.’
