Generation of biological replacement teeth using immortalized cells

Description of project

The identification of sources of human epithelial and mesenchymal cells that retain a capacity to form teeth in combination following culture is key to developing ways of generating biological teeth. This project will investigate the odontogenic properties of specific immortalized cell populations.
