'The Role of Consumer Protection Policy in Liberalised Sectors'
Speech by Commissioner Kuneva - EU Commissioner for Consumer Affairs
The Commissioner's speech will assess the evolution of prices, innovation, etc. in liberalised markets, principally focusing on energy markets. She will discuss challenges for consumer policy, such as unfair practices, switching, etc. and examine various policy responses, including energy regulation, market monitoring and competition policy.
Attendance free, CPD accredited, there will be a Drinks reception afterwards.
