ICPS at HEUNI

ICPS Director Rob Allen took part in an expert workshop from November 23rd to 25th at the European Institute for Crime Prevention and Control in Helsinki. The meeting was held as part of preparations for the Twelfth United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice to be held in in Salvador Brazil in April 2010. ICPS is preparing the background paper for the Congress Workshop session on best practices in the treatment of prisoners.
