Global Justice Series - A Dialogue with Young Lawyers
Catherine Gilfedder, Trainee solicitor at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, and Stephanie Motz, Barrister (Mitre House Chambers) will be beginning the Global Justice Series with a talk titled "Malawian Criminal Justice and International Human Rights".
Stephanie and Catherine will provide an overview of contemporary issues within the Malawian criminal justice system, considered in light of international human rights norms, and address the key human rights challenges faced by criminal lawyers working in the country."
