Colin Harvey is Professor of Human Rights Law Queen’s University Belfast and a member of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission.
Aileen McColgan is Professor of Human Rights Law King’s College London, and was a legal adviser to the Forum on a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland.
