Global Justice Series - A Dialogue with Young Lawyers
QUDSI RASHEED, Legal Officer, JUSTICE will be giving the fourth talk in the Global Justice Series. The talk is titled:
“Global Justice and the Limits of Scepticism”
Qudsi will discuss the relationship between the theory of law and its practice. In particular, he will consider the role of sceptical theories and critiques of international and human rights law, assessing the value that such theories may have in attempting to address the many real problems that the international community faces.
The event will take place at the Franklin Wilkings Building (1.10) from 6.30pm-7.30pm.
