ICPS launches Second Edition of Handbook in Quito, Ecuador

ICPS Associate Jim Haines launched the Latin American Spanish version of the
Second Edition of A Human Rights Approach to Prison Management: Handbook for Prison Staff at a formal reception hosted at the Residence of the British Ambassador to Ecuador. The Reception was attended by the Ambassador HE Linda Cross and the Minister of Justice for Ecuador.
