Embedding Human Rights into Investment Treaties

The Centre of European Law is pleased to announce the symposium 'Embedding Human Rights into Investment Treaties'

The symposium aims to contribute to the issues and challenges identified by Professor John Ruggie, the UN Special Representative on Business and Human Rights, and to represent an important impetus for state, commercial, academic and cicil society actors to engage in innovative and pragmatic thinking to better embed human rights into international investment treaties.
