The Centre of European Law is very pleased to be able to announce once again the annual series of lectures on Competition Law given by Professor Richard Whish. The lectures on EU and UK Competition Law cover developments spanning from November 2011 to September 2012. This is a very fresh update aimed at practitioners, regulators and those with an academic or other interest in the subject.
The five 2-hour lectures will be held from 18.00 - 20.00 in the Edmond J Safra Lecture Theatre at the Strand Campus. Every lecture is accredited with 2 CPD points by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Bar Standards Board.
- 27 September - EU enforcement of Articles 101 and 102 TFEU
- 4 October - EU enforcement of Articles 101 and 102 TFEU (continued)
- 11 October - UK enforcement of EU and UK competition law
- 18 October - UK enforcement of EU and UK competition law (continued)
- 25 October - EU and UK merger control
Fees: £175 per each lecture or £700 for all 5 lectures (Tickets can be shared by colleagues of the same organisation. In this case please also share the material)
