The Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) have produced a Gender and Security Sector Reform Toolkit made up of tools covering gender issues in twelve areas of security sector reform. The International Centre for Prison Studies has written the toolkit on Gender and Penal Reform. The toolkit and accompanying practice note can be downloaded here.
