20-08 n 38 For recent examples of detailed assessments of costs of clinical negligence proceedings where it was held that the costs of attending the inquest into the death of the deceased were in principle recoverable under the usual costs order in the civil proceedings, see Stewart v The Medway NHS Trust [2004] EWHC 9013 (Costs) and King v Milton Keynes General NHS Trust [2004] EWHC 9007 (Costs) (in para 17 of which the dictum of Dillon LJ in ex p Thomas was cited).
