A2-109 The Cornwall (Coroners' Districts) (Amendment) Order 1996 was revoked and replaced by the Cornwall (Coroners' Districts) Order 2003, SI 2003 No 3224, as from 1 February 2004.
A2-327 The Lincolnshire (Coroners' Districts) Order 2002 was revoked and replaced by the Lincolnshire (Coroners' Districts) Order 2003, SI 2003 No 2753, as from 1 December 2003.
