Introduction

King’s established the Graduate School in 2005 expressly to give substance to the College’s ambition to attract a larger share of the most talented graduate students from around the world, and to ensure that the College responds positively to the changing needs of graduate students.

We know from the national student surveys that postgraduate students at King’s already appreciate both the quality of the research environment in the College and the high standards of individual supervision that you provide.

These pages have been established to help you maintain these high standards of supervision. They will provide, over time, information, resources and a bank of good practice that can be used by any supervisor or staff member with an interest in supervision.
