Welcome to King's
King's is committed to ensuring all new members of staff benefit from a smooth transfer to their new post and set of responsibilities. Our induction programme takes into account your needs whilst you become familiar with your working environment.
The Welcome to King's session is focused on helping new staff gain an insight and understanding of King’s as well as providing attendees with an opportunity to meet and interact with the senior officers of the College.
The morning consists of:

an introductory session by the Director of Organisation & Staff Development;

a “History of King’s” by a senior member of staff;

a presentation by the Principal (followed by a Q&A session);

and a networking coffee session with Principal's Central Team & College Operations Executive members to conclude the morning.
We encourage you to attend this morning session to meet the Principal, Principal's Central Team and College Operations Executive members along with other new staff at King's.
