How we can work with you

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships

Business-Universitynetwork Your business competitiveness and productivity could benefit from the knowledge and skills at King’s College London. A Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) allows you to access and capture this expertise resulting in significant impact on your organisations effectiveness and profitability.

KTP brings benefits from academia to business by hiring an associate to work at the company for the duration of the project, with government sponsorship. KTP works by forming a relationship with a leading academic, defining a project with significant commercial and academic outcomes, and recruiting a bright graduate (associate) to manage the work full-time at the company premises. For the duration of the KTP, the associate will work on a project that has been identified as a high priority for the organisation. During this time, this graduate is supported by an academic, bringing valuable experience and stewardship to the project. More information for business interested in KTPs can be found at KTP online.
