Significant Properties in the Lab (SPiL)

The SPIL (Significant Properties In the Lab) project will address Significant Properties in the context of the data, activities and objectives of a working scientific community. CeRch will work with the Randall Division of Cell & Molecular Biophysics at King’s on the project.

SPIL will develop a demonstrator that illustrates the application, impact and importance of a Significant Properties approach within this community. It builds on the framework of the InSPECT project at CeRch.

Project outputs

The main outcomes of the project will be:

  • A set of software components and services to extract significant properties, validate significant properties, and carry out format conversions and a demonstrator that uses these services;
  • A final report, incorporating a case study.
