GeneGo Metacore

A new package for deciphering functional information from lists of regulated genes, MetaCore returns relevant pathways, diseases and networks associated with your genes of interest. It's a web-based Java application and works with many different browsers on Mac or PC. MetaCore is not IP locked so you can log-in to your account from any computer and work with your stored analyses at any time.

For more information, please visit the MetaCore website: www.genego.com/metacore.php.

With the support of the School of Biomedical and Health Sciences and the Health Schools, we have purchased a site licence so you can access MetaCore. There are two concurrent seats on the licence, which should allow for busy periods. Please contact the Genomics Centre for more information on MetaCore access: genomics-centre@kcl.ac.uk
