Countdown to submission
Applying for research funding is a competitive process. The content and quality of your application will determine whether or not it is funded. It is therefore important that you leave sufficient time to allow your colleagues to support you. If you are putting together a large or complex grant application you should begin the process at least six months before the deadline.
