Living costs
London is without a doubt one of the most exciting and rewarding cities to live in the world! It’s true that there are lots of opportunities to spend your money, and some expenses are slightly higher than in other cities. However, it is also much cheaper to live in London as a full-time student with the large range of discounts available on almost everything - for instance, from 30 per-cent off public transport to theatre tickets. With a little care and imagination, your money will reach further than you think! It’s important to ensure that you are financially prepared for your studies in order to avoid difficulties associated with insufficient funding. At King's, we have a dedicated team of Student Advisers who are on hand to help you manage your money effectively.
