The ELC continues to develop a wide range of programmes to support international students wishing to study in the UK. Programmes available include the International Foundation Programme in Humanities & Social Science, the International Science Foundation Programme, the Two-Year Masters Programme (graduate diplomas), the Pre-Sessional Programme and Summer Schools including a new 3 week English for Business course which begins in July.
International students on the Foundation or Science Foundation programmes are guaranteed conditional offers into King’s undergraduate degree programmes in all programmes offered by the Schools of Biomedical & Health Sciences, Natural & Mathematical Sciences, Arts & Humanities, Law and, within Social Sciences & Public Policy (SSPP), the departments of Management, Geography and War Studies.
At graduate level, the two-year master’s (graduate diploma) programmes offer similar routes into master’s programmes taught by Arts & Humanities, Biomedical & Health Sciences, War Studies, Public Policy and Geography.

We are offering summer courses with outstanding, research-based teaching and the added experience of world-class cultural institutions and visitor attractions in London in a variety of subject disciplines.
From 31 March 2009, there will be a new student visa application system to enter the UK. To gain permission to enter the UK as a student, non-EEA nationals must obtain enough ‘points’ under the Points Based System (PBS) before applying.

Applications are open for the five Study Abroad Excellence Awards. These awards are given to students in the arts, humanities and social sciences who are studying at King's for either the whole year or one semester.
