Access your email
Students and staff can access their email using a web browser from anywhere with an internet connection.
Before you access your email for the first time, you should register for online services and set your own password if you haven't done so.
Students
If you are a new student or if your mailbox has recently been migrated to the new email service, access your email using Outlook Web App. Your Windows Live ID (username) for this new email service is your King's username plus @kcl.ac.uk as in the example: k1234567@kcl.ac.uk.
If you are a current student whose mailbox has not been migrated yet, access your email using Outlook Web Access.
Staff
