Governance
The Collaborative Campus programme is supported by a series of governance forums. These provide support, direction and regulation for the overall programme and its associated projects to ensure effective delivery and value for money.
Collaborative Campus Programme Board
Strategic alignment, top-level College sponsorship and programme control are provided through the Programme Board.
ITS Management Team & Connected Campus Task Force
The ITS Management Team and Collaborative Campus Task Force provide a regular operational and supplier focus on key deliverables, progress and priorities resulting from Collaborative Campus projects.
College Operations Executive (COE)
Supports the College’s systems relating to the provision of Professional Services.
Project Boards
Each project is governed by a Project Board, the members of roles include:

Project Executive to take overall responsibility and accountability for the project

Senior User to represent the interests and requirements of the core users

Senior Supplier to deliver the systems and services needed (IT or otherwise)

Project Assurance for a quality check on the management and delivery of the project

Project Manager to deliver the project.
Collaborative Campus Project Office
Project frameworks, monitoring, guidance, best practice and other support services are provided through the Project Office, based in ITS and run by the Collaborative Campus Programme Co-ordinator.
