LAGB 2007 receptions

There will be two wine receptions at LAGB 2007:
The first one is sponsored by the KCL Centre for Language, Discourse, and Communication, the Dialogue Matters Network, and KCL English and Philosophy departments. It will be held on Wednesday 29th August at 9pm in the Large Somerset room, 1st floor, King's building, just past the Chapel at the Strand Campus. To walk to this reception: Exit Franklin-Wilkins Building and turn right onto Stamford Street. Turn right again to walk across Waterloo Bridge. Turn right on The Strand. The entrance to the Strand Campus of King’s College is on the right, after Somerset House. (You have to go through security on the right hand side of the main entrance, there will be signs to the security desk.) Walk through to the back of the lobby and down a corridor to get to the main part of the building where two statues are located. Go up the stairs. The Large Somerset Room is on the first floor, past the Chapel.
The second reception will be on Thursday 30th August and it will be sponsored by Blackwell publishers. It will be held at the Franklin-Wilkins Building, Waterloo Campus, at the first floor dining area.
