The King's Sound Archive includes some 145,000 78rpm records, mostly UK issues, and covering classical and popular releases from the 1910s to c1960.

Donations of discs not held -- especially acoustic era and US material -- are warmly welcomed.

A catalogue is in preparation; in the meantime a list of the original catalogue numbers of everything we hold is available as two Excel files. If you know what you are looking for, but do not know the catalogue number, email us and we'll see if we have it.

Discs may be heard, studied and copied (within the contraints of copyright legislation) by arrangement. (Further details.)
