The Principal has emailed staff outlining the possibility of redundancies at King's and his opposition to potential industrial action by UCU.

Our view, expressed at the 120-strong meeting on 30th April is that not a single redundancy is necessary. In the present climate education needs investment, not cutbacks. The No Cuts @ King's campaign is formed together with the other campus unions and KCLSU to defend education and job security.

The campaign needs your support. Please sign the open letter to the Principal and download and distribute the posters. Come and support the campaign on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday lunchtimes at the Strand main reception from 12:45 and help collect signatures for the open letter. A stall will also start this week at FWB (Waterloo) from 12:00.
